The person who inspires me most is…:
My mom and God
If I was a shape-shifter, I’d turn into:
an alligator. I love their independence and exclusiveness.
Most memorable outdoor moment:
My best friend once brought her college roommate from New York University to Amarillo because she had never been to Texas. Other close friends joined us at Palo Duro Canyon State Park to help show this northerner what to do in the Texas panhandle. We were hiking up a mountain, basking in its glory and decided to make it down to eat lunch. Not only did it take us two hours to get off the mountain, but another three hours to figure out where we were. We had never been lost in the canyon; it was embarrassing to be lost in front of our new friend. Nonetheless, it was fun and just made me realize that Mother Nature will always win.
