The person who inspires me most is…:
Ned "Griz" Maxson
If I was a shape-shifter, I’d turn into:
Tern, the have one of the longest migrations so they can travel the entire world and see everything from a new perspective.
Most memorable outdoor moment:
I had a college professor named Ned Maxson (who only allowed us to call him Griz) while attending Hocking College. All of our classes were outside and he taught me the value of a deeper understanding of the outdoors. Being in the woods in his classes made everything more important and more alive. Every tree and bird told its own story and those stories started even more stories. Together it showed me how the entire forest came alive once you knew how to look at it.
